The guide
From “any ideas?”
to a shared plan.
You bring the question. Your group brings the possibilities.
Start with one question
Name your board after the thing you’re deciding: weekend plans, next month’s priorities, or what to cook together. Sign in to create it; add a password if you want one.
Bring your group in
Copy the invite link from the board and share it. Guests don’t need an account. If your board has a password, send it separately from the link.
Let everyone have a say
Add ideas in your own words, then vote for the ones you like. A second click removes your vote. Similar suggestions can be merged with the board owner’s approval.
Take the next step
Review the votes together. Copy a summary or export the results when you’re ready to make a plan. The votes help the conversation; your group makes the decision.
A few things worth knowing
Can I change an idea after posting it?
Yes. You can edit your own ideas in the browser where you posted them. If you’re signed in when you post, you can edit them from another device too. The board owner can also manage ideas.
What happens when ideas are merged?
A guest can suggest combining two ideas that mean the same thing. The owner reviews the suggestion and decides whether to merge them or keep them separate.
Where do account recovery codes come in?
Save your codes when you create an account. If you forget your password, use one to reset it. Each code works once; unused codes are available in Settings while you’re signed in.
Can a board be deleted?
Only its owner can delete it, from Board settings. You’ll be asked to confirm because deleting a board permanently removes its ideas, votes, and activity.
